I ♥ fishing so much that I have to do it even in Singapore. Didn't know Uncle Fu Kiong was into fishing too. I thought I love fishing like more than ANYBODY else but honestly, uncle totally bring it onto another level. He owns a freaking $300 rod and I almost broke it!? Ok, he has the most awesome tools but then again, he is a pilot and he travels around so that does put me to a disadvantage ya? But I got ebay:P Not that it will be useful.

But I'll love to get my hands on those ingenious metal ball weights that are clip on. He got it from the US. The next time I go back Singapore will be ages away so I guess I'll make do with the conventional ones.

Was so excited that I didn't sleep the night before! Finally here and uncle is preparing bait:)


And then uncle started fishing while I have my maccas. I know it is in a pond and they release the fishies for us to catch but DO YOU KNOW HOW FREAKING HARD IT IS TO GET THOSE SNEAKY FISHIES ON MY HOOK?!


I guess beginner's luck comes in handy sometimes. Apparently, I got the first fish of the day:) Uncle was so proud of me. And he wasn't kidding when he said the fish is huge. The whole time I was there, I was so worried that I will fall into the pond. I asked uncle if that ever happened and he said yeah, he saw a dude fell into the pond because he was so excited with his catch-__-"


Even though it was super hot, uncle got these 'once again' awesome shirt and hat that protect me from the sun but nevertheless, my nose got burnt:/ I'm so gonna get a red nose like randolph the red nose reindeer. It was nice chatting with uncle and just relaxing. I hope I have time to spend the whole afternoon fishing again but I think with my schedule, it's pretty hard. But I'll try:)

Man, people were betting that I would fall into the pond. Well, they lost:P And, and I caught fishies so there!


Mom cooked the fish and they taste 'oh soooo good'!
