I can't take it!!! The statue book is the gayest book i ever have.

Studying about insolvency. My tutor says that we have to define words soooo i went to section 9 because all the definitions are there.

S9: Insolvent has the meaning given by subsection 95A(2)
S95A(2): A person who is insolvent is not solvent.

Does this even make sense?????

I think i'll go crazy if i study any more law units:S
