Pictures of my grandparents' place ♥ 2:33 PM

I went to my maternal grandparents home for a short visit. As their home is situated in a kampong, there's no internet access and there's no cable tv. Besides, all the shows during the day are hopeless. Only got pirated movies, most of which i had already watched*embarassed laugh*Boring. Thus, knowing that for the past i bought along my Origami book and another novel. Within a day, i finished reading both the novel(not a really good book borrowed from the library) and tried most of the Origami. My grandpa, who is now temporary bedridden by the motorcycle accident, is very cute. I made a lot of Origami stuff for him and since he was also bored(Imagine lying there doing nothing except eat and sleep), he unfolded some of them and tried to redo them. Very cute right?

Looking at him, i feel that i really shouldn't complain that i'm so bored since i can walk and run*downcast eyes* Yeah, i ought to feel fortunate enough to do everything on my own. Therefore, instead of bemoaning about there having nothing else to do, i decided to venture out of the house and do some photography. The pictures ain't that great but imagine being stung by numerous mosquitoes and being distracted scratching them, i believe you would appreciate them better.

I observed something different about the mosquitos. Malaysian mosquitoe bites are horrid. They leave a big patch of redness cum itchiness that last for more than a few days which is worse than the Singaporean ones. Now my mei tui(beautiful legs) are disfigured and my arms too:( I got spray mosquito repellent ok so honestly, i'm not to blame!

Anyway, here are some pictures that i took.

Here was the little surprise i got. Is it not everyday that such little miracles happen. The little duckling was born on the day i arrived. The mother duck was damn scary lo. Erm, the eggs are not duck eggs by the way. My 2nd uncle found it in a bird nest.

I shouldn't venture into the jungle at all. My uncle said to pass the eggs to him to return it but i say i wanted to see the bird nest. Bad move. I didn't know that when he meant jungle, its seriously a jungle with snakes, grass as tall as me and MOSQUITOES!! Ah, the bird nest. An artistic shot don't you think?

How many are as lucky as me to carry little ducklings around like that?

As my grandpa was bedridden, i updated him on the ducklings by carrying them to him. So cute right? Everybody, together say 'Awww'

Look at how the duckling walk/ wobble so helplessly...

I'm not as deprived as some city kids after all*sigh of satisfaction*
