Work and Universities ♥ 11:24 AM
I went for several interviews but to be exact, its actually one company but they have 1st interview, 2nd interview and blah blah blah. They made me freaking travel on the train from one end to almost another end of Singapore. Its only in Tanjong Pagar but anything longer than 30 minutes is far. and what's more, they decided on putting me in the sales and marketing department WHICH i'm not interested in.
Besides, i never expected the latter interviews to be like 3 hours long. I know i'm in the office of the director for like 1 hour debating on the effectiveness of the product that we are using but they talking to me about their products for like 2 hours can? I have a short attention span you know and its amazing i didn't sleep though the whole briefing because i haven't been school for a long time. By the way, 3 months is a long time for some one who only have 2 months of holidays max. Anyway, i was sitting there trying very hard to stifle my yawns but showing strongly in my body language that i'm bored and the other 2 guys sitting beside me are doing the same. But no, the person just drone on and on and i'm like yeah whatever, can we like get on with it? Then later when she asked us to poised any questions, she complained that we are so dead like it's our fault.
Anyway, i went to church for a while to do something and Bi wei was asking me about my interview.
Bi Wei(BW): So how? Got the job or not?
Me: Yeah, they liked me but i'm not sure i'm very keen on this.
BW:What are you supposed to do?
Me: Something like appointments with people to show them our products.
BW: Oh, then you better not. Later go in never come out then you know.
That done it, i'm not taking the job. I was still kind of undecisive but he made up my mind. Argh, have to tell them i'm not going for the training and i'm sure that they are going to ask me lots of questions. Hope that Vicky's boss approved me to work with her then i can tell them that i found a better job. That would pissed them and ensure that they wouldn't call me again.
Been university hunting. So many to choose from but don't know whether can get in or not. My dream course which is Veterinarian sciences is not an easy course to get in considering that some unis are only taking in 10 people from overseas. Hmmm, hopefully there ain't so many people who want to be vets. Australia is offering 5 years double degree but America is like 6 years. Get me a little confused. If i can't get in based on my A levels results which is very possible i'm going to do SAT i suppose since that is the fastest way. Aussie would require me to do year 12 which is for 16 years old and it would take too long!
Argh, tough decisions!
