The hawker centre near my home ♥ 6:42 PM
I think i'm trumatised by the hawker centre near my home. Not the one near the MRT but somewhere among the concrete jungle. I'm not going to say where or i might get sued.
Anyway, the hawker centre was newly renovated and look pretty clean. I thought i would enjoy my meal peacefully but no! Some liao ah pek(Old men) decided to chain smoke and i got the privilege to sit opposite of them. Gave them the dirtiest look i can offer and for a moment i thought my killer stare worked because they stopped smoking for a while but after a while they are back at it again. I definitely have to practise the skill of staring. The kind that would instill fear into you. Puh, maybe i'm just too nice. Anyway, at that time, i wish i have this clear plastic container that i have throw them inside and let them suffocate in their own smoke. Ha, if they want to die then they alone la. Why need to pull people along with them? I HATE SMOKERS!
And the music there. Hello! Its the 21st century now and Choa Chu kang is a place where most young people are. Okie, at least most people at the hawker centre are young so you don't go around playing oldies. They are way out. No wonder people are willing to pay 50 cents more to da bao(takeaway). I suspect that they purposely on this kind of music so that the hawkers can earn more money because people still need to eat so they have to brave the disgusting music so that they won't starve to death. Good marketing tactic.. But, i will seriously reconsider going there earplugs-free. On second thought, not a very good idea.
