For the 1st time, i didn't get lost! ♥ 11:33 PM
Super busy day man! Signed out of school early so that i can go and get my retainers(for my super straight teeth) then had piano lesson then go to Funan centre to try out the piano before my piano exam on the 5th of August.
The thing was, i had never been to Funan centre because whatever IT stuff i need like my MP3 player was bought by my dad. I just need to find what i want exactly online, print out the picture and just past the photo to him. Goods are usually delivered within 3 days. Efficient right? Haha!
Ok, jokes aside. I seriously have no idea where the hell Funan centre is. Sin Hui says that i should travel around town more often but The Heeren, Takashimaya not town meh? Anyway, everybody i asked just say the same stuff or almost the same.
Me:"How to go to Funan Ah?"
1)Mom:"Stop at City hall mrt then go the Raffles Shopping centre then walk to ... then turn right then.."
2)Weiqi:"Oh, you come out of the City Hall Mrt then turn left then you walk out then you can see the mall liao"
3)some classmates:"Oh, you just go there then you see your left right then ..."
They forgot i got directional problems! Anyway, fortunately for me, i can READ maps contrary to what most guys think. When i reached City Hall mrt, i headed straight for the locality map, stare at it for a while then off i go.
When i got out from the mrt station, walked out a bit then i saw the big sign board... "Funan the IT mall" Somehow, that sign amused me... Just don't ask me why but i think that it is most likely that i'm glad that i didn't lose my way, for once.
Maybe God knows that i always lose my way that's why He made me such an extrovert so that i have no qualms about opening my mouth to ask for directions but most importantly, He gave me 2 "live" directories,Joel and Kor Kor Benjamin, just in case i got lost.
I just have to call Joel if i got lost. He's quite reliable but some times when he's busy in army attending to patients(because he's a medic) then i look for Kor Kor Benjamin. Usually, i managed to get home after either one of them give me the directions but if the directions are too complicated, then they will just sigh and suggest that i stick out my hands moving up and down frantically to get a cab.
But the whole Funan incident made me so proud of myself and believe my two walking directories will be proud of me too right?
